Shipping Policy

At TANA Activewear, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy below for details on delivery methods, costs, and timelines.

 

1. Shipping Partner

  • As a Malaysian local brand, we promise to deliver all orders using POS Malaysia Berhad, our trusted courier partner.

 

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping (Whole Malaysia): RM10 per parcel, regardless of weight or destination within Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia).
  • Shipping charges will be added at checkout and displayed before payment.

 

3. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to addressed within Malaysia.
  • International shipping may be offered in the future and will be updated in this policy once available.

 

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia.
  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen courier delays.

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You may track your parcel via the POS Malaysia website or mobile app.

 

6. Handling and Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Once your order has been handed over to POS Malaysia, the risk of loss or damage passes to you  However, we will assist                                                                        you in resolving courier issues as best as we can.

 

7. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re- delivery charges will apply.
  • If the customer chooses not to have the parcel re- delivered, only the product cost (excluding shipping fee) will be refunded.

 

8. Self- Collection

  • Currently, self- collection is not available. All orders will be shipped via POS Malaysia.
