4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within Malaysia and internationally (where available). Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order; provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., innerwear, socks) cannot be returned.

• Returned shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Returns (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
