Return & Refund Policy

At TANA Activewear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, 

you may return or exchange your items under the terms below:

 

 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:

       Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

       In their original packaging with tags attached.

       Free from stains, odors, or damage.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

 2. Non- Returnable/ Non- Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear, undergarments, or socks.
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non- returnable.

 

 3. Process for Returns & Exchange

  • Contact us at support@tanaactivewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return/ exchange.
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  • Ship the item back to us using POS Malaysia or a courier of your choice. Please note:

       Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

       We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

 4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns and will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non- refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items delivered.

 

 5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or request a refund.

 

 6. Defective or Wrong Items

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with photos of the issue.
  • We will bear the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

 

 7. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank.
